Adjustable rate mortgages
 

Adjustable rate mortgages have gotten a pretty bad reputation in today’s climate of foreclosure. But Bill Elliott of Rocky Mountain Mortgage says there are times when an adjustable rate mortgage is preferable to a fixed rate.
