Patricia Kalb shares her award winning recipe for orange honey-graham balls.

Orange Honey-Graham Balls

6 cups Malt-O-Meal Honey Graham Squares cereal, finely crushed

1 16 ounce box confectioners’ sugar

1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled

1 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract

1/4 teaspoon pure orange extract

3 tablespoons grand Marnier liqueur

1 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur (Disaronno)

1-1/2 cups flaked coconut

Finely crush Malt-O-Meal Honey Graham Squares cereal in food processor. Combine Malt-O-Meal cereal, confectioners’ sugar, orange juice, butter, almonds, almond extract, orange extract and both liqueurs; mix well. Form dough into tablespoon-size balls. Roll the balls in the flaked coconut. Store the balls in an air-tight container.
